Personal Info

Andrzej Hi!  That guy on the picture is me, Andrzej Roslanowski. The picture was taken in my office in our house in June 2004. More pictures of me, my family and my friends you may find in my  Personal Photo Gallery .

By birth and culture I am a Pole. But I am naturalized in the US, so I am an American too. This makes me a Polish American.... There is a lot of information about Poland on the Internet, most natural place to start is Wikipedia, of course. But you may also have a look at these sites:

I was born and grew up in Wroclaw, a city in South-West Poland. I believe that it is a very nice city and I really miss it. Your virtual visit to Wroclaw may start here:

Gosia Since 1982 I have been married to Gosia, my high school sweetheart. We attended the same classes in III Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace im Adama Mickiewicza, specializing in physics and mathematics. (The school was a math-physics one, our class had physics as the leading subject.)

In 1991 I left Poland for Israel and Gosia went to Belgium. She joined me in Israel in 1992. In 1997 we both moved to the US, to Boise, Idaho, and after two years we came to Omaha, Nebraska. All this traveling was for professional reasons andmore details about why and where we lived you may find in my professional pages, specifically in my CV and Professional History

osiedle I think that after a period of moving from one place to another we both decided to settle down. In December 2000 we bought a house located in the north part of Omaha, adjacent to Lake Cunningham Park, and in October 2001 we got a dog, Kropka. I think that these are the signs that we are going to stay here for ever.
