I am currently pursuing my MSc at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I earned my BSc in Computer Engineering at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. I worked as an Instructor at the Department of Computer Engineering, University of Peradeniya for one year.

>Currently doing a research project on automating query expansion using temporal associations, and temporal synonyms supervised by Dr. Parvathi Chundi. This project comes under the category of text mining.
