I am Currently working as a Post doc researcher in Dr. Guda's lab. This lab is part of the Center for Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, College of Medicine, University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). Prior to that I was working as a Postdoc researcher in the College of Information Science and Technology at University of Nebraska at Omaha. I hold a PhD in Information Technology with emphasis on Fault-Tolerant computing from University of Nebraska at Omaha. In addition to that i hold a MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with emphasis on e-Commerce and cryptography from one of the prestigious technical universities in India,the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. I also earned the Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from the Bharathidasan University, Trichirapalli India.

My area of research interests includes Fault Tolerance and Reliability, Graph Theory, Statistics, Probabilistic distributions and stochastic systems, Designing algorithms for Public and Private key Cryptosystems, e-Commerce- modeling the internet and semantic web (including link and text mining and designing advanced crawling techniques). I am also interested in doing research on Bio-Informatics algorithms. In addition to conducting research, i am also developing my teaching skills. My ambition in life is to start an academic career in a university/institute that places equal emphasis on research and teaching.
